The news article I chose that is related to technology integration in the classroom talks about how educators can communicate and collaborate with each other much easier now than in the past. The author talks about how new forms of technology affects how educators teach and how students learn. In both of these cases, the quality of workmanship improves as technical support is increasingly available.

The author also talks about how the graduation rates increase and how technology prepares the students to go on to college and/or the workforce. He states that there is a critical need for these interventions in teaching. These technologies are especially useful for students who do not have access to any home computer systems.

The author finishes his article informing us that technology helps every student gain computer skills which in turn can only be an asset. It will provide students with new opportunities as students gradually become the world's newest workforce. Out of these workers will become the world's next leaders. And as the newest leaders begin to govern, it will be their responsibility to make sure the next generation gets an even better education than they had whether it be newer technology or some other invention we can't even dream of right now.
